In a properly organized garage, everything will be in its own place; drill on the Power Shelf, hammer on the workbench. Getting started with great garage organization can be as simple as keeping all gardening tools such as rakes, hoses, and lawn fertilizer in one part of the garage, and all power tools in another. Making a designated place for separate sets of tools will save you time in the long run. Don't you just hate rummaging through the tool box for that one pair of pliers? Items can be placed in boxes, on storage shelves, or inside of any garage organizer you purchase at the local home improvement store.
Another friend of mine has a family room in her home. On one wall of the family room is a fireplace. The fireplace is in the center of the wall. The mantle for the fireplace extends for the full width of the wall and the wall below the mantle is brick. Above the mantle on the left and right corners of the wall they installed one large wall corner shelf on each side. What she does with these wall corner shelves is display fresh flower arrangements with seasonal flowers. The result is a beautiful addition to the family room that changes all year round.
My second example of wall corner shelf is this. I have friends, Mark and Alice, who are a married couple. Both of them from time to time suffer from insomnia. You know, now and then instead of falling asleep at night, you end up staring at the ceiling and end up getting no sleep at all. So now you ask me, "What does this have to do with wall corner shelving?" Well my friend, Alice had an idea.
